How to get to Le Havre
The airport of Le Havre (Aéroport du Havre-Octeville) is located 8 km from the city, in the town of Octeville-sur-Mer. Regular air service exists only with Lyon (2 Air France flights every day, flight time is 1 hour 40 minutes). Air France flights to other French and European cities (more than 30 destinations, for example, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Hamburg, Milan, Rome, Prague) are made with mandatory landing in Lyons.
From Russia it is most convenient to land in Paris (Charles de Gaulle Airport accepts about 10 joint flights of Aeroflot and Air France daily), and from there get to Le Havre by train. From the Parisian station of Saint-Lazare (Gare Saint Lazare) to Le Havre leaves at least 15 intercity trains Intercites per day. The distance is 195 km, the journey time is 2 hours (usually with a stop in Rouen), the ticket price is from 27 EUR.
