The authorities promise to abolish the need to register a company for the purchase of land in 2013-2015. While there is no such law, a foreigner creates an EOOD for one person or OOD (our LLC) in the company with a co-founder. The minimum capital must be at least 1 EUR (plus printing, fees, processing of documents - there will be few of them). I am glad that legal entities are not obliged to conduct activities aimed at making a profit, it is enough to pay real estate tax and show zero balance.

Having registered a firm, you can proceed with the preparation of notarial acts for the acquisition of land and for the purchase and sale of the house itself.
