In July, it is most comfortable to have a rest in central Vietnam. These are such resorts as Danang, Hoi An, Tuyhoa.
In northern Vietnam, there are no resorts (mostly sightseeing programs). You can, of course, stay in Halong Bay, it's very beautiful, but the sea is clearly not for bathing.

The most acceptable season for a holiday in Vietnam at this time is the resorts of Hoi An and Danang. This is the central part of Vietnam, it is not as hot as in the south of Vietnam, but, nevertheless, there may be small rains. Hotels 4 * - Boutique, River Beach, Hoi An Beach, Le Belhamy, etc., hotel 5 * - Palm Garden (the most economical and quite decent)
