Responds information department of "Tourism subtleties"

So, in the season of 2014, all men who are citizens of the Russian Federation aged between 16 and 60 are denied entrance to the territory of the country, except for special cases specified in the relevant document (the presence of seriously ill relatives or documentary invitations from natural and legal persons certified by the State border guard service of Ukraine.)

As for women, the restrictions apply only to women aged 20 to 35 registered on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
