The hotel pulls for 3 stars, the city is very dirty February 19, 2014
We got into this hotel and this city on a hot tour for a modest amount of money, so the hotel and the rest in general, especially no complaints, but if we chose this hotel for the usual value, it is likely to regret it. We arrived at the very beginning of June, the weather was just getting better and there were very few people. In this regard, the staff was very friendly and attentive. In the restaurant, drinks are poured only by waiters, but they came up pretty quickly. Lounges near the hotel brings a specially trained ... Read full review
Everything is good if it were not for the staff 05 February 2014
Upon arrival the hotel was first surprised by the fact that the hotel was declared as 5 *, although I would not give four . The interior is all old, very noticeably that the hotel needs repair . Given that we paid for the room with a view of the sea , got a view of the water park, and somewhere behind him a little bit of the sea could be seen . In the lobby of the hotel there is a souvenir shop where I absolutely do not recommend buying anything (prices are 5 times more expensive than in an ordinary shopping center), and even if just ask about some trinkets, then be ready for a few minutes to fight off from very much for the seller .Tipping cleaners can leave at your own discretion, but with practice I will say that even though we left every day cleaning was carried out every other day or even two (although of course the tip was taken), but the beds were constantly spread with rose petals, which was very funny- ))
unsuccessful vacation October 06, 2013
Rested from September 17 to 27, that the hotel declares from the services does not correspond to the reality .The children's room is full of things and for 10 never opened, in the evening, with the children, a couple of sleepy animators tried to dance among the tables and chairs .Sauna and the like everything is closed .In the restaurant of the queue, although the hotel was not full, there was a bunch of rooms to choose from, and what then when fully loaded is .The coverage in the rooms is horrible, dirty, stained, it would be better to tile, so it would be cleaner and without the smell of cover after cleaning .The attitude of the meeting party Leptistur simply boorish, it was impossible to catch it practically .Pleased only by the sea and the sun .
Family holidays in Tunisia August 28, 2013
The Orient Palace Hotel was offered to us by friends at the agency, and we traveled to Tunisia with families, two children of 4 and 6 years old, and four adults. We arrived late at night and the hotel was already at midnight, despite this settled us quickly and the numbers got good. We have 289 with a view of the sea, our satellites 280 with a view of the main entrance.
So, what I liked: the hotel is large enough and very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day (dinar for tea), in a buffet restaurant, for me everything is very tasty and varied ... Read full review
Super-vacation at 5 *. August 20, 2013
Rested in this hotel in May 2012. Chose a hotel on a variety of criteria, settled on Orient. The hotel itself is small, but refined. I liked the fountain in the lobby very much. Number we got big and clean. The truth is overlooking the courtyard. Then we learned that those rooms that are overlooking the sea are much smaller than ours. Therefore, do not get upset. The room has a TV, a konddtsioner, a hairdryer, a safe. Daily cleaning. Cleaned up on the conscience. When they left the dinar on the bed (it was on the bed, the table did not ...
