During a holiday in Pattaya, a tourist from Krasnoyarsk ordered a sea excursion to the island of Samet from the tour operator Cоral Travel. The boat on which the sea trip was performed was carried with great speed, on the way laying bends on the shafts, as a result of which the Russian woman received a compression fracture of the spine.

The woman took money for examination, treatment and medicine from her own pocket. In addition, on land, a Russian woman was left at a bus stop under the sun to wait for the tour operator's bus. After some time, the women spent on treatment were made up by insurers.

However, the tourist decided to apply to the court in order to recover from the tour operator funds for treatment and moral damage. As a result, the Russian woman managed to sue 100,000 RUB compensation from Soral Travel, 50,000 RUB fine and 26,000 RUB for legal costs.
