You can drink beer in Löwengraben, Mr. Pickwick's Pub, Gracie Kelly's Irish Pub, Opus or Parterre. At the same time, the best beer is said to be served at the private brewery restaurant Rathaus. There are two funny bars in the city with the original name: Bar 58 (just a pretty bar) and Bar 59 (which was opened by the owner Bar 58 - live music, the building looks more industrial and modern).

Young rebels gather in Sedel, despite the fact that the place lost some of its idealism and maximalism. But mothers still do not want to send their children here. Now the club hosts a lot of concerts from ska to Brit-pop, and from post-rock to gothic. Previously, the club building was either a prison or an old people's home, but from the 80s it turned into one of the most famous rock clubs in Switzerland.
