In Manacor, one of the world's best artificial pearl factories, Majorica, is located. There are guided tours, if you want you can go there yourself. Tourists can get acquainted with the process of making colorful artificial pearls (not cultivation, namely manufacturing!) And buy products from them.

Prices start at about 10 EUR for a bracelet or earrings. All jewelry is guaranteed for 10 years. Also at the factory you can buy products made from natural pearls, but they are much more expensive.

Pearls produced by Majorica and other companies of the island (Madreperla, Orquidea) can be bought not only in the factory, but also in other cities of Mallorca. Shopping is best done in branded stores, or ask for a certificate of quality for decorations. Low-quality artificial pearls of handicrafts are sold very much.
