In the Taldom district in the village of Verbilki there are two monuments dedicated to the soldiers who died in the war years - a monument to the memory of the Verbilkov soldiers and a monument to fellow countrymen.

A grandiose memorial complex was erected in Narofominsky district in honor of the dead soldiers and militia, and a monument to pilots-volunteers was erected in the city garden.
