The best way to see all the sights of Vladimir in half a day is to go on a sightseeing tour. Within a few hours tourists can visit unique architectural monuments included in the UNESCO list: Dmitrievsky and Uspensky cathedrals (Andrei Rublev's frescoes are well preserved in the latter), the Golden Gate. The excursion program usually includes a visit to the historical exposition in the Golden Gate and a museum of lacquer miniature and crystal (the tour will take about three hours of your time).

If you can give a little more time to the sightseeing, the travel agencies offer to combine the architectural and historical monuments of Vladimir with a visit to the Bogolyubov Monastery and the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl (in this case, the tour will last about four hours).
