Shchyrk is the largest ski center with the largest number of lifts in Poland. There are tracks for both "pros" and beginners, and the ski season lasts from December to the end of March. It is Shchyrk that serves as the training base for the Polish Olympic Ski Team.

How to get here
A train or plane to Warsaw, then an electric train to Bielsko-Biala (about 4 hours) and a shuttle bus from Bielsko-Biała to Shchyrk.

Trails of Shchyrk
The main ski areas in Shchyrk are the slopes of Skyshne, Maly Skyshchne (1211 m) and Malinow (Solisko, 991 m). Four tracks have the category FIS. One of the most difficult in Poland is the local slalom-giant route from the summit of Skyszyne: the height difference is 650 m, the length is about 3 km.
In Shchyrk there are also separately working rope towers with training slopes working in different parts of the resort, as well as four springboards and cross-country trails.
