How much does a house in Montenegro cost?
A good house with all the amenities of 100-125 square meters with a small plot not far from Bar, in Zabljak, Sutomore, Ulcin can be purchased for 85-150 thousand EUR. In the same place, for 50-70 thousand EUR (there is even cheaper), unfinished houses and old ones are sold, requiring serious repairs. For the same money you can buy a half-house with a separate entrance and a common courtyard.
Real estate in Kotor, Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi, etc. is much more expensive. Prices for a house with an area of 100 square meters start from about 100-150 thousand EUR. Nevertheless, if you look, you can find less expensive options. Or more (from 250 thousand EUR per house), but it will be a spacious multi-storey new villa in a good area.
