One of the most famous carnivals of the world, Venetian, starts 57 days before Easter according to the Catholic church calendar and ends on the eve of Lent. In 2012 it will be held from 11 to 21 February. All these 12 days in the city are held colorful performances and costumed processions.

At this time and without that a small stream of tourists in Venice is getting even bigger. And with it, as in leaps and bounds, prices are rising. Food is becoming more expensive, wine prices remain unchanged. An exception can only become traditional cocktails "Bellini" and "Rossini", and even then not everywhere.
