There are no organized tours from Goa to Sri Lanka.

Such a trip can be arranged individually. Unfortunately, there are no direct flights to Colombo from Goa, only through Bangalore, Chennai or Mumbai. There are several daily flights from Mumbai to Colombo: Air India, Jet Airways, SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka.
