Does Ayurvedic massage eliminate joint problems?

Responds to Maria Dashkevich, "India-Tour" company
Ayurveda, as the oldest system of medical knowledge, does not consist only of one massage. This is a whole complex of procedures that are supplemented with an individual type and diet regime, the reception of Ayurvedic (usually herbal) preparations, yoga.

The course of ayurveda is made by doctors according to the patient's dos, that is, considering his body type, specificity, the nature of the ongoing processes (metabolism, for example) .In the case of joint problems, a complex of ayurvedic procedures is directed not only to the removal of a momentary problem (pain or discomfort), but also to harmonize the internal processes of the body that caused the disease .That is why, in order to start treating joints (or other diseases), it is necessary to rid the body of toxins, which are so much supplied through products and the environment .

The course of Ayurveda is effective from 2 to 3 weeks and, preferably, in Kerala, in the homeland of Ayurveda. It is even better to treat the body with Ayurveda during the rainy season, when, according to doctors, the maximum effect is achieved (from May to September).

And just massages during the holidays in Goa either will not do any good (a waste of money and time), or they will give a short-term effect.
