Yes, the daily train 034Р runs from Moscow to Tallinn and back all year round. He leaves from the Leningrad station and follows with stops in Tver, Ivangorod, Narva, Rakvere and other cities of Russia and Estonia. The train is serviced by the Estonian Railways.
