Thai Defense Minister Pravit Vongsuvon said security measures were strengthened in the country after an explosion in the center of Bangkok. Security measures will strengthen all power departments of the country.
Prime Minister Prataut Chan-Ochha instructed law enforcement agencies to detain the perpetrators in the explosion as soon as possible. It is noted that at present there is no reason to believe that the attackers pursued any political goals.
Recall, two explosions immediately thundered on the evening of February 1, 2015, not far from one of the largest shopping centers of the capital, "Siam Paragon". As a result of the explosions, one person was injured.
