About 60% of the territory of Switzerland is occupied by the Alps, 10% - by the Jura mountain range. The most famous mountain is Matterhorn on the border of Switzerland and Italy, towering near the resort of Zermatt.

Mountains are beautiful almost in any season: in summer and autumn here open numerous paths for mountain walks (hiking), when you can enjoy a lot of scenic landscapes and breathe crystal clear air.
