Pobol Castle - a gift from Salvador Dalí to his museum and his wife Galé, is located in the eponymous town of the Catalan province of Girona. The castle is ancient, built in the 11th century. When in 1969, Dali bought it, it was in a very bad state - the roofs and roof ceilings were destroyed, the cracks cracked on the walls, and the garden was in a violent desolation. By the reconstruction started immediately - on the site of collapsed parts of the castle were built higher rooms, and the walls and ceiling are decorated with unique paintings

Exposition

The exposition begins with the inner courtyard of the castle, where there is an orange car Datsun, Dali's favorite car.
