There is such a project - the Green Ring of Moscow. These are seven protected natural areas located relatively close to Moscow and forming a symbolic green ring around the capital. These include the three reserves: Oksky, Prioksko-terasny, Central Forest and four national parks: Ugra, Meshchera, Plescheevo Lake and Smolenskoye Poozerie.

Weekend tours (including photo tours) around the Green Ring of Moscow were developed by conservationists and national parks together with the Center for Environmental Travel. For example, their tour "On the paths of the Clean Forest" - a two-day school of photography training from photographer IB Bavykin at the Toropets biological station "Clean Forest". The cost of the tour per group (no more than 6 people) from 7350 RUB.

Also photo tours are organized by the International School of Photography and Photography "Fotoart-School". Of the short-term photography schools can be called one-day programs "Moscow suburbs" and "Hills and Cliffs of the Moscow Region." The cost of participation is 5000 RUB

The Union of Photo Artists of Russia regularly organizes photo tours of the day off from the Moscow region. For example, in Borovsk, one of the most ancient cities of the Kaluga land. The cost of the trip is 2500 RUB per person (there are family discounts). The SFR also organizes photo tours and photographs of the sights and historical sites of St. Petersburg, Moscow, Veliky Novgorod, Vladimir, Suzdal, Sergiev Posad.

It is often possible to meet and offer phototours from individual photographers who organize fellowship and training "in the field" for less experienced colleagues. On average, the cost of such a photo tour taking into account the road, accommodation in the hotel and the program itself (without food and payment for the entrance to museums) is 7500 RUB.
