The paragraph of history
The city owes its status to the ancient Russian prince Vladimir Andreevich Serpukhov, who came to settle in the 14th century New lands, which used to be inhabited by a tribe of people "Vyatichi". Glorious military history of Maloyaroslavets
The city of military glory Maloyaroslavets became after Napoleonic France actively struggled for an exit on the Kaluga road with army Kutuzov.
