The city managed to save many monuments of architecture of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is the Profitable House of Belov, the House-Museum of Slavyanova, the Diaghilevskaya Gymnasium. Now these buildings have administrative structures, but most are occupied by cultural institutions.

In the historical part of Perm it's difficult to get lost. The city was built quite logically - the wide streets were located parallel to the Kama River. Between them, they connect less significant streets and lanes.
