There is no railway and airport in Gelendzhik. Therefore, bus tours are so common in Gelendzhik, allowing to deliver holidaymakers much faster than by train (or by plane) with transfers.

The real pride of Gelendzhik is its water parks, which annually attract a huge number of tourists of all ages. There are three of them at the resort: Golden Bay, Behemoth and Dolphin

The newest, Golden Bay, was opened in 2004 - this is the largest water park in Russia. "Golden Bay" combines the best attractions and water complexes, popular in all water parks in the world. Of course, this has further increased the popularity of Gelendzhik among holidaymakers - often traveling here for the sake of water parks from neighboring resorts or choosing Gelendzhik as their main location by the sea.

For example, buses leave for Gelendzhik twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays during June and September, and in July and August it becomes three weeks: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.
