The ski resort "Laura" (officially called GTZ OAO Gazprom) is located in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana, on the mountain range Psekhako, seven kilometers from Krasnaya Polyana, and three from Esto-Sadka. The informal name of the complex was given by the nearby Laura River. The first stage of the complex became available for skiers in 2008. How to get to Laura
From the airport or railway station Adler moving along the federal highway Adler - Krasnaya Polyana near the village of Esto-Sadok needs to turn to the left. The landmark is the stela of the Grand Hotel Polyana. If you are coming from Krasnaya Polyana, then, a little before reaching Alpiki Service, you need to turn left, and after 500 meters you will get to Laura station.

Laura's trails
Laura Ski Complex unites 16 routes of various complexity, total length more than 15 kilometers, with a maximum height of 1436 meters and a height difference of 886 meters. There are trails for beginners and children. Most of the trails are equipped with evening lighting, and skating on them continues until 23-00.
Now the highest point of the complex - the Pesakho Mountain site, the alpine skiers climb the high-speed gondola lift (in just 12 minutes), from the top platform along the slopes of tourists three chairlifts and two ski lifts are being transported.
Another 15 kilometers of tracks, 7 ski lifts, a ski stadium (as well as a cultural center) are planned to be built for the 2014 Olympics. Even more ambitious plans include access to the glacier - then skiing in the Laura complex can become year-round.

Ski pass Laura
In the daytime (from 9-00 to 17-00) on weekdays a ski pass for an adult costs 1,000 rubles, a children's ski pass - 500 rubles. At the weekend prices are slightly higher: 1200 rubles for an adult and 600 for a child. If you want to buy a ski pass until late in the evening (up to 23-00), then it will cost you 1200 rubles per week and 1500 at weekends. A ski pass for seven days will cost 7,000 rubles, and for the whole season - 25,000 rubles. For students, there are significant discounts for climbing on weekdays (prices for the 2010-2011 season).
Ski service
Before the entrance to the main gondola lift, in the lower part of the complex there is ski equipment rental, there is also a storage room and a repair point. Here you can change clothes or buy missing ski accessories in brand stores. A convenient guarded parking lot with a multi-level covered parking costs 200 rubles. Instructors' base of Laura is always on top - it is located on the Psekhako site.
Entertainment, excursions and attractions
You can eat in numerous "screen bars", located along the slopes at different levels. From additional entertainment Laura offers trips on horseback and snowmobiles to mineral springs.
You can go fishing on a mountain lake, go on a helicopter ride or paraglider. In the Grand Hotel Glade located near Laura you can, without leaving the sports hall (if the weather suddenly deteriorates), to perfect your ski and snowboard skills on interactive simulators. Photo by Laura (17)
