All Montenegrin apartments are always well furnished and equipped with necessary household appliances. It is almost impossible to be in an apartment where the interior is made up of what is a pity to throw out. Sofas and beds are not worn, legs at tables and chairs do not fall off, in the kitchen there are dishes (right up to the coffee cups), and in the bedrooms there is bed linen. Even in the cheapest apartments there is a water heater, air conditioning, refrigerator.

Nevertheless, the comfort of housing depends heavily on the price. Those that are in the minimum and average price category most often do not shine with a special luxury. They are not too spacious, repairs can be quite modest, all equipment will work (sometimes loudly), but sockets and switches can be quite loose. In such apartments there is often no washing machine, things can be handed over to the owners, at extra cost or without it.

More expensive apartments are more comfortable. They are more spacious, multilevel, better furnished, plus more equipment to facilitate life. With them there are gardens or swimming pools, terraces are more extensive. But the service is generally good and conscientious everywhere
