Specific tickets can be purchased only in Japan . Either at any Ticket office at Japan Railways stations, or by booking through a travel company. In the second case tickets will be delivered to your hotel. Or you can buy Japan Railpass in Russia, but you still have to buy tickets at the ticket offices. For children under 6, travel is free.
