How to get here
Arabba is connected to all the main cities of the region by regular bus services, in winter also ski bass trails, including Ski Shuttle from Venice Airport Marco Polo. Many prefer to travel to Araba via the airport of Austrian Innsbruck.

Entertainment, excursions and attractions of Arabba
An ancient mill, which still twists its millstones, is perhaps the number one tourist attraction in Arabbe. For centuries, locals put wheat and grain in the mill cellars, but a few years ago the building was under threat of destruction. The municipality of Pieve di Livinallongo financed the restoration work, so now the mill has become a picturesque memory of the previous generations and a testament to the architects' design talents. Group tours are held from July to September from 6 to 7 pm.
Andraz Castle was built in 1027 and is considered a symbol of the valley Livinallongo .Once the castle-fortress was the main military and administrative base of Bishop Brixen, as well as a strategically important point of control of the trade routes of the region .He also guarded Venice from the invasion, since the Dolomites, because of their mining industry, have always been extremely attractive to conquest by other regions .Recently the castle was restored, and now, together with the scenery around, gives a stunning view of how the local landscape looked like in the past .
A sad memory of history or a monument to those killed during the Second World War can be found on the pass Pordoi Pass. In the cemetery, 700 unknown soldiers are buried.
The Museum of Ladins
