Ticket offices are open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 - 16:00, museums until 18:00, exit from the museum halls at 17:30. Days when the Vatican Museums are closed for visits in 2013:

On Sundays (except on the last Sunday of every month, free entry from 9:00 to 12:30, museums close at 14:00, if it does not coincide with the First Easter Day, June 29 (St. Peter and Paul), the 25- December 26th and December 26th (Christmas and St. Stephen)
