Tenuta del Monsignore is an old winery, which dates back to 1600. Already more than four centuries managed by one family, this winery offers not only a fabulous choice of wine or grappa, but also pure olive oil, fragrant honey, as well as tasting and unforgettable family events in a cozy atmosphere, overlooking the fields and vineyards of Emilia-Romagna. The vineyards of this family extend to 85 hectares, another 13 are occupied by olive groves.

Tastings and excursions

In Tenuta del Monsignore you can not only buy more than 50 varieties of red, white and carbonated wines, but also conduct their tasting with a preliminary excursion. During the tour, tourists will see and learn how to harvest and process grapes, what kind of white and red wines make, how they are properly stored, bottled and labeled. The average cost of a bottle of wine is 10-15 EUR, grappa - from 18 EUR.

How to get here

The winery is just 3 km from the A14 motorway (exit Cattolica). It is most convenient to get there by car: turn off the A14 motorway or SS16 highway to the left towards San Giovanni in Marignano. Arriving in the village, turn left again, in the direction of Tavullia and Urbino. After about 2 km, turn right into the mini rotunda, 500 meters away from which is the Tenuta del Monsignore.
