Responses information department of "Tourism Thinness"
The big covered market in Budapest with the difficultly pronounced name Kozpoyati Vasarcarnok (Hungarian Kzzponti Vbsbrcsarnok), built in 1897, today not only is used for its intended purpose, but also is a beautiful monument of architecture. Hungarians come here, and, of course, tourists who want to buy souvenirs or just take a look.

The entire first floor of the market is dedicated to food products. What's not here: fresh vegetables and fruits, meat of all kinds, dozens of varieties of sausage, including the salami Pick, various cheeses and dairy products. Well, of course, the famous Hungarian balm Zwack Unicumc, fruit vodka and wine.

As for the second floor, here are sold all kinds of souvenirs and handicrafts: lace napkins and tablecloths, painted clay products, embroidered sweatshirts. And here are various cafes where you can taste real Hungarian goulash soup and strudel-retesh made of thin puff pastry with a filling of cherry, cottage cheese or poppy seeds and alcoholic impregnation

There is a market Ktszponti Vsbrcsarnok at Budapest, Vámház körút 1 -3. You can get there by trams No. 2, 2a, 47, 49 and bus number 15. The right stop is Fővám tér.
