Hungarian Forint. Currency code: HUF, numeric code - 348. Hungarian forint was put into circulation since August 1, 1946, after hypergeflation of pengyo. Historically, one forint is equal to one hundred fillers, but since 1999 the filler has no circulation. The thing is that the production of small coins in modern Hungary turned out to be unprofitable: as a result of inflation, they withdrew from circulation in 1996.

At the present time, a floating exchange rate regime is used in Hungary, the criterion of effectiveness of which are inflation indicators. According to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of April 22, 2014, 1 forint (HUF) is equal to 0, 16 Russian rubles (RUB), that is, 1 Russian ruble (RUB) equals 6, 22 forints (HUF).
