By car to Saaremaa is easy to get. First you need to get to Virtsu, following this route, and then to the ferry to the island of Muhu (the schedule can be seen here). From there, following the signs, you can reach the largest city of Kuressaare (Kuressaare). The way to Kuressaare is about 70 km
