What are the attractions of Varna worth exploring?

Answer information department of "Tourism Thinness"
The main attraction of Varna is the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, built in the late 19th century. Inspection from the street is better not to be limited, inside you will see wonderful frescoes, icons and stained-glass windows. Another interesting religious object is located outside the city, about 10-15 km from it, almost in Golden Sands. This is the monastery of Aladzha, cut straight in the rocks in the IV century.

It is worth to visit Evksinograd, a palace and park complex created for Prince Alexander I Batenberga. It merges with the other most important landmark of Varna - the Sea (or Seaside) garden. Besides exotic vegetation, there are a zoo, an aquarium, a dolphinarium, a planetarium and an observatory that invariably attract tourists.

History lovers should not look around the Varna necropolis, Roman baths, the ruins of the Genoese fortress over the Varna Lake and Roman buildings. More information about the city's past can be found in the remarkable archaeological museum, where many exhibits are found during excavations
