The main advantages of this "double" Andorran resort, located only ten kilometers from the capital of the country - an excellent snow cover and developed infrastructure. It consists of the ski bases Arinsal and Pal, connected by a lift - the Seturia telecabin.
Pal is ideal for skiers of medium level, Arinsal - for experienced athletes. The developed infrastructure allows us to recommend the resort not only to young people, but also to families - as a suitable place for active recreation.
In summer Pal offers a lot of active outdoor activities: mountain bikes, horseback riding, go-karting and archery. Fans of hiking and trekking gather in Arinsal in the summer. Routes through the mountains start right from the outskirts of the village and go northwest to Estany de les Truites (2260 m), a beautiful lake in the mountains.
How to get here
Once every two hours, a shuttle bus runs through La Massana from the capital, the cost is about 1, 5 EUR. In addition, at least 9 buses run daily to La Massana from Arinsal, and 4 to Pal; the fare is 0, 9 EUR.

On the car you need to keep the path to the CG5, from which to the resorts about 7 km. From the road you have to turn left to Ertz and drive through the village of Ixixirella.

The trails of Pal and Arinsal
The route of the resort: 4 green, 16 blue, 16 red, 5 black and 5 slalom. A distinctive feature of Arinsal, which distinguishes it from other resorts of Andorra - a dizzying heap of heights (1010 meters! And 63 km of trails). The slopes are mostly deployed to the north, so the snow cover on them stably keeps all winter long. And its full guarantee is provided by snow cannons, which here for a kilometer of descent more than at any other resorts of the country. In addition, Arinsal is famous for its freeride zones from snowboarders.

Entertainment, excursions and attractions
In the village of Pal, the parish church Sant Climent de Pal with a square bell tower, made in the Romanesque style and dating from the 11th-12th centuries, is preserved. The three-story bell tower is decorated with Lombardian arches. The interior of the church is notable for its ancient frescoes, the statue of the Virgin Mary of the 12th century and the wooden altar of 1709, dedicated to Pope Clement, the patron saint of the church. The church is open to visitors from July to September Tues-Sat. from 10: 00-14: 00 and 15: 00-19: 00, Sun. 10: 00-14: 00, for the rest of the time, by appointment, through the tourist office in La Massana.
- Watch wild boars in the natural park of the Sorteny Valley. If you do not hunt them, wild boars are not dangerous.
- Arrange yourself a feast of the belly, taking part in one of the winter culinary festivals of the community of La Massana. The main thing to remember is that everything is fine in moderation!
Arinsal also has its own church, Sant Andreu de Arinsal, made in Romanesque style and remarkable 18th century frescoes depicting the Virgin Mary (Virgen de las Nieves).
